How it all began...
Maria (mimi) trained and qualified in the art of baking, patisserie, cake decorating and sugar crafts. has worked in the catering industry for over 15 years.
After many hours of experimenting with her own recipes, flavours and ingredients, MIMI’S cupcake and bakery was established in June 2010.
Since then MIMI’S have created over 70 different flavour combinations and still counting! We are unique with our mini cupcakes baking over 20 flavours which are all available from our weekend street pop up or to order direct from our web site.
All MIMI’S products are baked from home and are fresh. We pride ourselves on the growth of our family business giving our customers the best quality and taste that each flavour cupcake deserves, we use only the best Organic Flour, Free Range Eggs , Natural fruits , and premium ingredients.
We operate a full quality control batch system and our bakery holds the “scores on the doors” of 5 stars.

None of our cupcakes contain nuts unless specified. However all the cupcakes are produced in the same kitchen and as such MIMI’S endeavour to minimise cross contamination but we cannot always Guarantee it.
